The Sofitel Legend Santa Clara hotel received the visit of chef Pierre Hermé, considered one of the best pastry chefs in the world.

The renowned Colombian Chef, Juan Arbelaez , invited the French Chef in alliance with Marca País, to discover and honor the gastronomic culture of our country and take it to another level of international stature.

During this occasion, Chef Pierre Hermé created an original recipe the “Macaron Jardin de Salento” in honor to his trip to Colombia, a delicious macaron made with local exotic fruits.
