Restaurant 1621 in Cartagena has just won important recognition for the third time in the Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best 2024 awards, placing second in the World Fine Cuisine category.

Every year, TripAdvisor®, the most important international travel website, announces the winners of its Travelers’ Choice Awards for the Best Restaurants in the world, which are chosen using an algorithm that takes into account the quantity and quality of the reviews of restaurants from around the world over a 12-month period.

According to the hotel’s executive chef Dominique Oudin “This recognition is very important for us. We are at the level of establishments like the PIC restaurant of the three-time Michelin star chef Anne-Sophie Pic, which fills us with great excitement and pride.”
